Indianapolis, IN (December 11, 2014) …TRG-Aston Martin Racing has made the long haul to Indianapolis for the annual Performance Racing Industry (PRI) trade show and is attending as well as displaying (booth 2833) the team’s Aston Martin GT3 and GT4 models, along with team partner and sponsor displays. The PRI Show is the largest gathering of racing related businesses and products in North America, essentially taking over most of the town of Indianapolis through Saturday afternoon. The investment in time and resources required to attend PRI is substantial, with the team already in full swing preparing for the upcoming 2015 Pirelli World Challenge and IMSA TUDOR seasons, with official testing starting early next month in Daytona at the Rolex Roar Before the 24. The team is still finalizing the lineup of its second car planned for the twice-round-the-clock enduro, with a possible third entry planned.

Royal Purple, season long partner and the official lubricant of TRG-AMR, has an impressive presence on the show floor, commanding a large footprint with their purple liveried shipping container turned audio/visual marketing booth. Their display vehicle of choice out of every car in the Royal Purple arsenal? The Pole sitting 007 V12 Vantage GT3 piloted by TRG-AMR drivers Al Carter, David Block, James Davison, and Christina Nielsen in the final round at Road Atlanta. The Royal Purple relationship has been incredibly beneficial for both parties as the team has used the product in all of their racing programs and vehicles in 2014 including the long and incredibly demanding endurance races. The uniquely colored oil also had to pass the rigorous durability testing of Prodrive/Aston Martin Racing, testing their oils in V8 and V12 engines, different models of gearboxes, and more before being allowed for use by the storied marque.

The PRI show comes at an incredibly busy time for professional motorsport teams, even though the event falls in the extremely short “off season.” TRG-AMR is fully committed to racing in both major North American sportscar series in 2015, campaigning cars in both IMSA TUDOR and Pirelli World Challenge competition. This team expansion comes at a time when many other teams are scaling back efforts and closing their doors. TRG-AMR is expanding its partner programs throughout North America and beyond, looking forward to an even stronger 2015.

Kevin Buckler, CEO, TRG-AMR North America: “PRI is the most relevant trade show for our field. The show has real racing cred amongst all disciplines alike, which really brings out an amazing group of exhibitors and attendees. We are pleased to be a big part of Royal Purple’s display, as well as having our own booth featuring our partners Orion and PassTime USA. Orion specializes in LED lighting and retrofitting, and they brought a really cool mobile display that shows how far their LED technology has come. It’s also a great opportunity to forge new relationships and partnerships, meeting people face to face and remembering that this is a close-knit industry with a lot of good people. We have been forging winning B2B partnerships through our incredible network and this compelling sport. If you are in Indy, come on by our booth and see our Aston Martin Vantage racing models as we prepare for 2015!”
