The foundation of FIKSE USA wheels is forged 6061-T6 aluminum. The precision rotary forging process produces a forged metal with a radial grain - the strongest type of internal structure possible - to achieve maximum strength at minimum weight. Jewel-like finishes are created by diamond turning and machine milling to ultra-precise tolerances. Rim halves spun and work hardened by computernumerically- controlled machines mate with machined wheel centers to produce a precision, registered pilot fit with a total runout of less than .20 millimeters.
