The drivers may be the movie stars of pro racing- but the crew is the, well- crew of pro racing. They handle all the behind the scenes work that makes it possible to run a successful racing season. Decision makers, mechanics, and engineers make as many split-second decisions as drivers during a race. Hospitality crew keep everyone healthy and hydrated- as well as making sure everyone knows where they should be- and when.
